About us & why us
-
First of all we are not realtors.
-
We have owned and occupied 94.5 hectare (234 ac) of land since January of 1999. In 2000 we planted 15 Hectares (37 acres) of teak trees. Two years ago we decided to develop part of the property and sold 18 hectares (44 acres). since then.
-
We have reinvested almost all of the money from sales to purchase equipment and tools to create some acceptable infrastructure for our buyers.
-
We are here every day, I have lived in Bocas del Toro since March of 2000. This gives absentee owners the peace of mind, knowing that their investment is protected. We protect what we sell! After all we are going to be neighbors and we want good relationships.
-
We don't have a property owners association, but we have clauses in our sales agreements that protect every property owner's sea view. In other words if someone wants to build we are making sure you wan't have a five story building blocking your view.
-
Not everyone is buying a property to build on it. Some of our buyers purchase purely for investment purposes. However, if you want to build, for retirement, business vacation rental or whatever purpose, consider the advantage of having on site transportation available to you.
It is not easy to get materials to a construction site on an island. Usually gravel and sand is bagged in manageable sizes, loaded into a cayuco (boat carved out of a tree), brought to the island and carried to the site.
-
We have it all. A 45 ft. barge, a 3.2 t excavator, a 3 t track dumper, a stone crusher and a small dredge. We can assist in any project.
-
We can build for you or you can find your own builder. However, I would not discount our 20 year experience in this country.
-
If you are building a vacation rental we can manage it for you.
From cleaning your house and property, taking care of bookings, transportation and arranging vacation related activities for your clients. We are here for you.
-
We live here since 20 years and we know how Panama "works"
