The corporation currently owns approx. 75 Ha (185 acres) of land, a 45 ft. transport barge, a dredge pump, a 3.2 ton excavator, a 3 ton tracked dump truck and a stone crusher.
I am looking for an investor, silent or participating, with $ 150,000.00. The investor will receive up to 1 HA (2.47 acres) of property at a location of his choice, if it is not sold already, with a value $ 60,000.00. This property will be transferred to the investor. And of course the investor will receive 30 of the corporation´s 100 shares, which equals 30% of corporation.

Over the past 20 years I invested about $ 600,000.00 in land, trees, equipment, cattle, labor and materials.

The first sale of 1.3 ha took place in 2014 and since then a total of 7 properties have been sold for a total amount of $ 494,000.00.
Operating expenses and the start of infrastructure projects during 2016-2018 was
$ 216,000.00. Additionally I paid my ex-partner $ 102,000.00 over the last three years.

12 ha (29.6 acres) are ready to be sold right now, with an estimated (based on previous sales) gross income of $ 600,000.00. In the next 2 years another 15 ha (37 acres) will be ready for another estimated gross income of $ 750,000.00. So a total gross sales of 1,350,000.00 of property is available for the next two years.

The remaining 45 HA (111 acres) will be utilized for cattle ranching. Some of the remaining property, about 15 HA (37 acres) will have sales value in the future, another estimated
$ 750,000.00.
The remaining 30 HA (74 acres) will have no sales value, but will be utilized for cattle and possible farming.
There are several thousand teak trees which will be harvested over the next 2 years. I honestly don´t want to put a value on these, as I have no experience as for what they are worth. However, they need to be harvested anyway, as they are on the highest elevations of the property and are occupying salable land.
